Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $48 million sale of Stapley Medical Center, a two-building, 181,710-square-foot medical office campus along the U.S. 60 corridor in Mesa, Arizona. The property — anchored by HonorHealth, Abrazo Healthcare and Prosano — was sold by a Harbert Management Corp. and Cypress Office Properties joint venture to Chicago-based RX Health & Science Trust, a buyer that had been advised by the same brokerage team on the sellers’ 2021 acquisition of the asset for $37 million.
